Absolutely! In fact, many of our members started exactly where you are now. Our coaches are experts at modifying exercises to suit all fitness levels, and our community is incredibly welcoming. You'll never feel out of place.
Yes! We work with members who have all kinds of physical considerations. During your welcome session, we'll discuss any limitations and our coaches will adapt your training accordingly. Many of our members have actually found that training with us has helped reduce their aches and pains.

We have three locations across Belfast: Lisburn, Ormeau, and Boucher. You can choose the location that's most convenient for you when you sign up. All three facilities offer the same welcoming atmosphere and expert coaching.
